We have many customers who use Salesforce and AppsForOps Timeline.

They love the fact that they can get all the details right in their inbox and have data flowing onto the Timeline from hundreds of third party apps, including Salesforce.

Salesforce often has a lot of great data which includes things like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Activity History, Account History, Opportunity History, Opportunity Field History and so much more.

How great would it be for all this data to automagically flow onto AppsForOps Timeline?

That would be awesome, really awesome.

And that's why we are super excited to announce our native Salesforce integration which is now available in AppsForOps Timeline.

Here are some of the great new features available to you:

  1. Ability to import Salesforce Accounts, Contacts and Leads into AppsForOps Timeline
    1. This allows you to import all Salesforce Accounts, Contacts and Leads into AppsForOps Timeline as either Contact or Company Favourites.
    2. You can sync all of your data from Salesforce or alternatively only bring in data from a specific date onwards.
  2. Ability to sync Salesforce history to AppsForOps Timeline
    1. This allows you to sync the following Salesforce data to AppsForOps Timeline:Activity History
      1. Account History
      2. Opportunity History
      3. Opportunity Field History
    2. This means that you can view all of the above history data from Salesforce right on the Contact or Companies timeline.
  3. Ability to keep Salesforce Accounts in sync with AppsForOps Timeline Favourite Companies
    1. This means that whenever a new Salesforce Account is added this is automatically added to AppsForOps as a Favourite Company.
  4. Ability to keep Salesforce Contacts in sync with AppsForOps Timeline Favourite Contacts
    1. This means that whenever a new Salesforce Contact is added this is automatically added to AppsForOps as a Favourite Contact.
  5. Ability to keep Salesforce Leads in sync with AppsForOps Timeline Favourite Contacts
    1. This means that whenever a new Salesforce Lead is added this is automatically added to AppsForOps as a Favourite Contact.
  6. Ability to export AppsForOps Timeline Contacts back to Salesforce
    1. When you and your team are working with companies often contacts are stored in emails and meeting requests rather than in your CRM system.
    2. This allows you to see all Contacts that are stored in AppsForOps Timeline and sync these back to Salesforce as either Contacts or Leads.
  7. Imported Salesforce Accounts, Contacts and Leads are automatically assigned a Salesforce TagWhen
    1. AppsForOps Timeline imports Salesforce Accounts, Contacts or Leads as AppsForOps Timeline Contact or Company Favourites we automatically add a Salesforce Tag to them so that you can easily see where they came from.
